Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command held a workshop on promoting the General Competency Framework (Fifth Edition), attended by heads of sections, branch managers, and a number of police officers, at the Media Center in the General Command Headquarters. The workshop was presented by Major Ahmed Al Zaabi, Head of Job Development Section at the Human Resources Planning Department. During the session, he reviewed the key updates made to the General Competency Framework in alignment with the strategic directions of the Ministry of Interior. He also provided a detailed explanation of the general framework to identify competencies as they appear individually, affirming that the purpose of the General Competency Framework is to define the standard competencies for all employees and to foster a high-productive work culture, thereby achieving excellence, leadership, and ensuring sustainability.
