Ras Al Khaimah Police reviewed the security and traffic plan to secure the events of the New Year’s Eve 2026 celebrations in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in cooperation with strategic partners from the relevant government entities, departments, and authorities, confirming that the necessary security and traffic plans have been put in place to secure the celebrations in tourist and vital areas across the Emirate. More than 70 traffic patrols will be deployed to ensure smooth traffic flow and to secure event visitors during the festivities.

Ras Al Khaimah Police also called upon all members of the society to comply with traffic laws and regulations and to adhere to the instructions of police and traffic officers, in support of enhancing traffic safety and security for all society members and visitors to the Emirate, and warned against uncivilized practices, such as the use of party spray products, reckless driving, and excessive noise. The Police called for adherence to the guidelines and instructions aimed at ensuring protection and safety, creating a suitable environment for the successful conduct of events and activities, achieving public happiness during the New Year celebrations, and reflecting the honorable image of the Country.

The Operations Department has completed its readiness and equipped the Operations Room with the best devices, technologies, and qualified human resources. It urged members of the society not to hesitate to contact the Central Operations Room in emergency cases via 999 around the clock, and to call 901 for non-emergency situations.
