The Ras Al Khaimah Police Youth Council hosted His Excellency Brigadier Dr. Tariq Mohammed bin Saif, Director General of Police Operations at Ras Al Khaimah Police, for a dialogue session on “Youth Energy and Building the Future.”

The session was moderated by Captain Marwan Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Police Youth Council, and attended by young officers and employees of Ras Al Khaimah Police.

During the session, His Excellency Brigadier Dr. Tariq bin Saif emphasized the importance of strengthening leadership vision and innovation to support the future by preparing young people to face potential challenges and build a conscious, creative, and responsible generation. He pointed out the importance of the role of youth in building the nation from all walks of life, even within their workplaces and professional and institutional communities, demonstrating loyalty and belonging to the nation, pride in national identity, commitment and discipline in performing professional duties, adherence to professional ethics, self-development, and personal growth on a social, psychological, and physical (health) level by paying attention to mental health, physical fitness, and engaging in beneficial hobbies such as learning, creativity, innovation, and practicing various sports. To alleviate daily pressures and cultivate thought and behavior to achieve balance on personal (psychological), familial, and societal levels.

At the end of the session, attendees had the opportunity to present and exchange numerous developmental ideas and discuss the importance of leveraging modern technologies to support security efforts and societal and national stability by developing and utilizing digital and professional skills in the workplace.
