Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Ras Al Khaimah Police Commander-in-Chief, and Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, received a copy of the book “Enhancing the Quality of Electronic Services in the United Arab Emirates” authored by, Brigadier Dr. Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Ahmad, Director of the Electronic Services and Teleommunications Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police. The book highlights the best methods and approaches for improving electronic services based on quality standards.
Ras Al Khaimah Police Commander-in-Chief commended the content of the book, which aims to present a practical scientific framework to support efforts in enhancing digital services and contribute to improving government performance in line with the UAE’s aspirations for global digital leadership.
He emphasized the vital role of government institutions in advancing the national digital transformation journey and affirmed that Ras Al Khaimah Police is equipped with highly qualified personnel, armed with knowledge and expertise, capable of supporting the security and policing system with advanced scientific input.
Commenting on the details of the book, Brigadier Dr. Mohammed Al Ahmad stated that the book addresses the key factors influencing the quality of government electronic services from the perspective of customers. It is based on a scientific model specifically developed to study user experience, measure satisfaction levels, and assess the intention to reuse services. The book also discusses the role of security institutions in enhancing the quality of digital services provided to the society.
