The Media and Public Relations Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police has released the February issue of Al Ain Al Sahira magazine, issue number 352, featuring a rich and diverse selection of articles, investigations, and in-depth police and security reports.
The cover story, titled “The Community Protection and Prevention Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police: Strengthening Family Stability and Establishing a Safe Environment,” sheds light on the department’s vital role in reinforcing family cohesion and social stability, while enhancing comprehensive security across the emirate. This is achieved through an integrated system of social and psychological programs, along with awareness and preventive initiatives targeting all segments of society.
The magazine’s editorial, entitled “The Year of the Family: Embodying the Concept of Community Security,” emphasizes the national vision that security is a shared responsibility that begins within the family and extends to all social institutions. This approach supports the efforts of police and security bodies in maintaining public safety, combating crime, and addressing negative behaviors.
In the “Security Perspective” column under the theme “Police Thought,” His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, highlights the importance of police thought as a fundamental methodology that plays a pivotal role in protecting society from the risks of crime. He explains that police thought represents an educational and corrective approach aimed at mitigating the harmful effects of crime, while fostering creative and constructive cooperation between the police, as enforcers and guardians of the law, and the society they serve and protect.
The February issue also includes an interview with Brigadier Dr. Yousef Salem bin Yaqoub, Acting Director General of Central Operations, who discussed the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command’s commitment to leveraging modern technologies to deliver outstanding services to the community. He also highlighted the central role played by Central Operations in supervising several critical departments within the police and security sector.
Additionally, the issue features a photo report on the humanitarian ship Falcon, which transported 4,000 tons of relief and humanitarian aid to alleviate the suffering of civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The remaining pages of Al Ain Al Sahira magazine include a wide range of police news, analytical articles, studies, research papers, and specialized reports, alongside regular sections such as Places and Times, Stadiums Corner, Poetic Concerns, A Window on the Past, Social News, and other diverse police-related topics.
