The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command proudly raised the UAE flag at 11:00 a.m. today in celebration of Flag Day, which falls annually on November 3rd. The ceremony was held as a symbol of pride, honor, and loyalty to the nation. On this cherished national occasion, His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, recalled the great efforts of the nation’s founding fathers, particularly the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the Union and architect of its renaissance, who first raised the UAE flag at Union House in Dubai. His Excellency emphasized that the flag stands as a symbol of sovereignty, glory, and unity, a reflection of the nation’s pride and strength. His Excellency Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, raised the UAE flag in the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Headquarters courtyard, in the presence of senior officers, personnel, and employees. The Ras Al Khaimah Police Music Band performed the national anthem to mark this special occasion for citizens and expats, renewing the pledge of loyalty and allegiance to the nation and its wise leadership. Brigadier Al Tair affirmed that Flag Day represents an opportunity to renew national loyalty and commitment to serving the UAE under its wise leadership. He stressed the importance of continuing efforts to maintain security and safety, working with sincerity and dedication to achieve global leadership in policing and security, spread peace and stability, and ensure the happiness and well-being of the UAE community.
