As part of the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command’s efforts to strengthen community partnerships and reinforce mutual trust with the public, Al Rams Comprehensive Police Station organized a customer session attended by several strategic partners within its jurisdiction, including representatives from schools, companies, banks, and the Public Prosecution Office.

Colonel Ahmed Salem Al Mazyoued, Head of Al Rams Comprehensive Police Station, stated that the session was organized to raise security awareness among all segments of society, introduce the police services provided within the station’s jurisdiction, and enhance community partnership, public trust, and direct communication with the community. These efforts contribute to strengthening security and safety while improving the quality of services provided.

He explained that the session included a presentation on the station’s proactive and smart police services, which are designed to enhance security and safety, save time and effort for customers, visitors, and staff, improve quality of life, strengthen security, and meet the aspirations of the public.

Colonel Al Mazyoued added that the session also emphasized the importance of adhering to all preventive measures against negative behaviors that undermine security. He reaffirmed the Ras Al Khaimah Police’s commitment to adopting best practices in serving customers and benefiting from constructive suggestions to enhance performance.

He further noted that the session provided participants with an opportunity to share observations, raise inquiries, and discuss the challenges they face, contributing to the continuous development of service quality and the enhancement of customer satisfaction. He concluded by expressing his appreciation for the participants’ keen attendance and for their valuable suggestions and developmental ideas, which support the advancement of the police work system in Ras Al Khaimah.
