In pursuit of sustaining its prestigious position as the recipient of the accreditation certificate for the best work environment in happiness and quality of life, awarded by the international organization GREAT PLACE TO WORK, the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command hosted the Annual Excellence Forum 2024. Under the patronage and attendance of His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, the forum aimed to encourage creativity, share knowledge between leaders and employees, showcase the achievements of the General Command for the year 2024, and inspire innovative solutions to future challenges. The event, which focused on enhancing productivity and improving police performance and services, was held at the Al Jazirah Al Hamra Heritage Village.

The forum saw the attendance of His Excellency Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, Directors-General, Department Directors, Senior Officers, and around 700 employees of Ras Al Khaimah Police. It was organized by the Events Team, led by Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Yousef Abdullah Al Tunaiji.

During the event, various segments were presented, including a video showcasing the achievements of the General Command's departments and branches. A highlight of the forum was a surprise video prepared by the organizing team for His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan, documenting his decade-long leadership journey at Ras Al Khaimah Police. The video highlighted his achievements and efforts in steering the emirate's security progress.

Emphasizing the importance of fostering happiness and positivity within the workplace, His Excellency Major General Ali bin Alwan reiterated that the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command is dedicated to creating an innovative and inclusive work environment. This environment aims to enhance job performance, boost employee productivity, and ensure the happiness and satisfaction of all employees—key priorities and fundamental goals of the leadership.

He stressed that the dedication and efforts of employees have been instrumental in achieving numerous distinguished accomplishments for Ras Al Khaimah Police. Reflecting this commitment, the leadership strives to provide a work environment aligned with the UAE’s vision and the Ministry of Interior's objectives to enhance societal happiness and quality of life.
