His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, received Dr. Steve Reissig, CEO of Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of several police officers from the General Command. The meeting falls within the framework of enhancing cooperation and communication between Ras Al Khaimah Police and Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge, with the aim of implementing innovative projects that serve the community, in line with the 2025 Year of Community.

His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police emphasized the importance of supporting research and development in the fields of knowledge and innovation within the policing environment, as part of future foresight efforts and the pursuit of development and sustainability that align with the overall goals and aspirations of the UAE Government and, more specifically, the Ministry of Interior, through leveraging educational opportunities offered by Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge, which contribute to the exchange of expertise and the enhancement of joint efforts to promote knowledge and launch innovative projects across various fields.

From his side, Dr. Steve Reissig affirmed that this collaboration between Ras Al Khaimah Police and Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge will effectively contribute to leadership in the fields of research and innovation in the development of future policing and security projects, with the aim of enhancing safety and security in the emirate. This will be achieved by managing and empowering expertise, and by expanding the capabilities of police competencies to become effective leaders in all matters related to innovation and research and development programs.
