His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, attended the installation of the 200,000th camera as part of Hemaya system project at the headquarters of "Streit Group," a company specializing in armored vehicle manufacturing. The event was also attended by His Excellency Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Resources Authority, alongside Director Generals, Ahmed Reda Abdel Aziz, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Streit Company, Maysoun Mohammed Al Dhahab, Acting Director General of the GRA, Yasser Abdullah Al Ahmed, Head of Government and Institutional Communication Sector at "RAKEZ," and several police officers.

His Excellency Major General Al Nuaimi commended Hemaya system's ongoing success, which has significantly reduced the crime rate across the emirate. He highlighted its role in enhancing monitoring capabilities at various facilities through modern and advanced cameras, expediting the apprehension of offenders, and reinforcing public security.

He further emphasized that the installation of the 200,000th camera at Streit Group, a leading company in Ras Al Khaimah, underscores the project's sustained progress and success in meeting its security goals. This achievement marks another milestone in bolstering security and safety in the emirate.

In his remarks, His Excellency Jamal Ahmed Al Tair underscored the importance of the partnership between Ras Al Khaimah Police and the General Resources Authority in realizing the objectives of the "Hemaya" project. He noted that the project utilizes advanced cameras designed to international standards, fostering a sense of security across all societal segments.

His Excellency highlighted the "Hemaya" system's proven effectiveness in reducing crime since its inception by providing accurate recordings that support police and security operations. He emphasized that the project exemplifies a successful collaboration between government institutions to achieve security and stability in the emirate.
