Colonel Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police, unveiled a new self-service vehicle designed to evaluate driver examination results. The launch took place at the Traffic and Licensing Services Center, with several concerned officers in attendance.
Colonel Saqr Al Qasimi emphasized that the introduction of this modern self-inspection vehicle aims to save time and effort for examiners while providing accurate and decisive results for practical driving tests. The vehicle evaluates the performance level of examinees, determining their success or failure according to approved traffic examination standards. Results and reasons for passing or failing are immediately printed on the examination certificate, which helps reduce errors and increase efficiency. This transparency and accuracy are expected to boost customer satisfaction and trust.
Colonel Al Qasimi noted that the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command is committed to enhancing community happiness by simplifying procedures, minimizing errors, and improving the operational efficiency of technical driver inspections. The self-service vehicle contributes to this goal by providing valuable feedback to customers and handling grievances and complaints more effectively. This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to improve service delivery and the overall performance experience of examiners through automated smart testing.
