The crimes of informatics are considered complex and the most prevalent of crimes of the present time, as they evolve faster than the speed at which the international law evolves itself .perhaps the most notable obstacles faced by those interested in studying such crimes is that the conventional laws are narrowed by it, and this is what created a number of legal directions calling for the enactment of special laws to confront these crimes. Dear brothers, The elements of confrontation to the crime and ways to combat it in our time should be at the degree of sophistication and readiness in proportion to the level of development of criminal elements, and through the development of legal enactments in line with the development of innovative criminal methods which may not be covered by the existing laws of criminalization. And examples and advanced methods of such crimes of informatics include its pirates, human trafficking crimes and fraudulent ways practiced by its perpetrators on the law to be immune from punishment. The crime in its general form and criminals may take advantage of modern technologies and the information revolution that has spread its effects around the globe and some of its bad usage threatens the societies, herein we must have methods to define its tracks and reduce its damage by the inevitability to confront this criminal approach or eliminate it if possible. Which casts additional burden on the security authorities to conform to the development taking place in the methods of crime to limit its effects and non backwardness in front of its methods. Dear Policemen, And although United Arab Emirates is considered the first Arab state to pass the competent law in combating information crimes, Where His Excellency Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan –may Allah protect him- president of the nation issued federal law no. (2) of the year 2006 on combating information technology crimes which is considered typical of laws that tackle most informatics crimes. It is the first law in the Arab countries issued independently to tackle IT crimes. However, this requires from us as leaders of security authorities and their members to urge the pace of research and communication with everything new in police sciences and seek more of it, so that we stand on the threshold to witness the current stage of criminal sophistication and to treat its impacts using scientific and accurate methods according to what is provided by the modern techniques in the field through the information revolution to confront new crimes that have come to be known as (informatics crime) and thus we achieve overall readiness though research, study, and skills development and be prepared for any emergency to undermine the element of surprise for the professionals of criminality and to beat them with technical methods in order to preserve our communities and safeguard our countries.
