His Excellency Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, held a meeting with members of the Ras Al Khaimah Police Youth Council, in the presence of Brigadier Mohammed Al Khatri, Director General of Resources and Support Services, along with all young police personnel. The meeting was conducted as part of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief's engagement with youth under the theme "Together We Rise." This initiative reflects the General Command’s commitment to empowering youth and involving them in developing proactive security solutions that enhance community safety and quality of life. Brigadier Al Tair welcomed all attendees and expressed appreciation for the UAE government's directives and the Ras Al Khaimah Police strategy, both of which focus on supporting youth visions and ambitions. He affirmed that young people are pioneers of progress and a fundamental investment in building an innovative and secure future. The meeting was moderated by Captain Ibrahim Al Jeri, Chairman of the Ras Al Khaimah Youth Council, who underscored the role of the General Command in enabling youth and encouraging their aspirations. Brigadier Jamal Al Tair stressed the importance of developing youth leadership capabilities and supporting their initiatives, turning ideas into actionable outcomes that empower young people in decision-making. He commended the efforts of the Ras Al Khaimah Police Youth Council, led by Captain Marwan Al Suwaidi and his team, in fulfilling strategic objectives that strengthen security and societal stability. He called on the youth to collaborate and support each other, especially in field operations. He shared his personal insights on field and administrative work, explaining the unique characteristics of each. He encouraged everyone to redouble their efforts in service of the nation, emphasizing that teamwork and collaboration are key to gaining knowledge, realizing goals, bridging generational gaps, and fostering integration between youth and senior leadership.
