He stressed the significance of staying abreast of the latest technological advancements, and maintaining unwavering adherence to professional ethics within laboratory practices.

Referring to the Sydney Declaration concerning forensic medicine, Professor Rocks highlighted fundamental principles imperative to the field. These encompassed digital evolution, the integration of modern technology in forensic science, and the application of optimal methodologies to attain superior outcomes. He underscored the efforts of developing nations in producing essential research and specialized articles, emphasizing the paramount importance of transparency and integrity throughout these endeavors.
