H.E. Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, attended the closing ceremony of the 11th Police Fitness and Challenge Championship, organized by the Police Sports Association and hosted by the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police from the 15th to the 18th of the current month. The championship witnessed the participation of 100 male and female competitors representing all police commands nationwide, the Special Security Forces, Civil Defense, and the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai.

H.E. the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police affirmed that organizing this championship for members of police general commands across the country embodies the Ministry of Interior’s belief in the importance of sports in the lives of male and female police personnel, and its continuous commitment to maintaining their high level of physical fitness. The championship also contributes to fostering and strengthening the spirit of fair competition among them. He commended the high physical and technical standards demonstrated by the participants, as well as their discipline and strong competitiveness in securing top positions, reflecting the championship’s success and the achievement of its intended objectives.

The championship results concluded with Dubai Police Team A securing first place in the Elite Category, followed by Abu Dhabi Police in second place, while Dubai Police Team B claimed third place. In the Men’s Category, Abu Dhabi Police achieved first place, followed by Ras Al Khaimah Police in second place, and Dubai Police in third place. In the Women’s Category, Dubai Police secured first place, Abu Dhabi Police came in second place, and the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai ranked third.
