The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police organized a course on innovation for the employees of the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department, which was presented by First Assistant Khadija Al Tunaiji. The lecture clarifies the idea of innovation, its resources and outcomes, and its significance for one's future career. It also introduces participants to strategies for gathering unique ideas. The second section of the course focused on the traits of the innovative person, innovative thinking, the mechanism of its application, and how to turn innovative ideas into a practical reality that serves the public interest and is in accordance with the directives of our wise government and the unending support of our wise leadership in fostering innovation and innovators and giving them the right environment for creativity and making a positive contribution to the development.
