The General Command has been awarded four prestigious international accreditation certificates by the British Standards Institution (BSI), a globally renowned certification and conformity assessment authority. This milestone highlights the relentless efforts of the General Command to enhance its police services in line with the UAE government directives, contributing to increased customer happiness indicators.
His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, officially received the four accreditation certificates during a ceremony at the headquarters of the British Standards Institution in London. The certificates were presented by His Excellency Matt Page, Senior Vice President for Services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief expressed that this success stems from the support of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and the continuous follow-up by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, as well as Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. He also attributed this accomplishment to the dedicated efforts of all members of Ras Al Khaimah Police. The four certificates awarded to the General Command are:
1. ISO10001:2018 - Customer Service Charter Management System: This certificate underscores the commitment to providing exceptional services and ensuring customers' rights, thereby enhancing transparency and trust.
2. ISO10003:2018 - Complaints and Disputes Handling Management System: This standard aims to improve mechanisms for resolving complaints and disputes efficiently, contributing to higher customer satisfaction.
3. ISO10004:2018 - Customer Satisfaction Monitoring and Measurement Management System: This focuses on setting precise benchmarks to measure and analyze customer satisfaction, serving as a strategic tool for service improvement.
