Al Daqdaqa Comprehensive Police Station Launches "Happy Customer Day" Initiative for People of Determination

As part of its commitment to enhancing quality of life in security, supporting the Government Customer Councils initiative, and promoting customer happiness through efficient service delivery, Al Daqdaqa Comprehensive Police Station has launched an innovative initiative entitled “Happy Customer Day” dedicated to serving people of determination. The initiative was organized in cooperation with the Community Protection and Prevention Department, the Strategy and Performance Development Department, and the heads of the customer experience and services pillars of the Global Star Rating System for Services. Several officers participated with the aim of fostering a positive work environment and improving the customer experience of people of determination, in line with the directives of the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command to ensure society happiness. Major Dr. Rashid Obaid Al Bagham Al Naqbi, Acting Head of Al Daqdaqa Comprehensive Police Station and Head of the Customer Experience Pillar, inaugurated the initiative session. The session brought together relevant employees and people of determination to exchange views, explore development ideas and proposals that align with their aspirations and needs, and measure the impact of implementing such ideas on their happiness and satisfaction with services provided. Major Dr. Al Naqbi stressed that caring for people of determination is an integral part of the vision and approach of the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command. He highlighted that empowering and serving them to the highest standards is a firm commitment embedded in the police system, based on the belief that the best development ideas come from the lived experiences of the individuals themselves. He explained that the initiative seeks to listen to the opinions and suggestions of people of determination, forming the foundation for building police services that meet their needs while ensuring dignity and independence. He added that this initiative is not limited to listening alone but represents a genuine commitment to translating ideas into practical steps that realize the vision of strengthening community partnerships and creating a more inclusive, human-centered service environment. Built on equal opportunities, the initiative embodies the UAE government’s principle of “People First.” Major Dr. Al Naqbi concluded by expressing his gratitude to the attendees and to everyone who believes that the voice of the customer is the true gateway to meaningful change.
