He emphasized the importance of submitting urgent reports to enhance immediate response efforts and implementing measures to restore normalcy and ensure public safety. This is part of an integrated proactive system involving rain drainage procedures and rapid response mechanisms for emergencies, operating 24/7. Major General Alwan also expressed gratitude to all field workers for their dedication in ensuring the safety of the community during the recent air depression.

Major General Ali bin Alwan highlighted that the local emergency team in Ras Al Khaimah relied on proactive planning and maintained full readiness around the clock to manage weather fluctuations and rainfall. Coordination among government partner teams ensured efficient and swift responses. This collaboration aimed to enhance the readiness and safety of the community, protecting lives and property.

Emergency teams remained in the field 24/7, prepared to address the weather conditions. The teams included leadership and supervisory staff, engineers, specialized technicians, rescuers, emergency coordinators, workers, and drivers. They were equipped with high-efficiency logistical supplies and equipment, such as pumps for rainwater, emergency vehicles, field survey vehicles, machinery, and heavy equipment to manage rainwater accumulation.
