The Al Madina Comprehensive Police Station of the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command organized a Customer Council Forum attended by representatives of companies, business owners operating within the station's jurisdiction, and customers. The forum aimed to gather ideas and suggestions to further enhance the customer experience and improve the quality of services provided.
Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Al Ali, Head of the Al Madina Comprehensive Police Station, stated that the forum reflects the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command's commitment to strengthening engagement with customers across the business sector and the wider community. He noted that such initiatives contribute to enhancing service quality, streamlining procedures, and reducing the time and effort required for both customers and employees.
The forum was chaired by Major Dr. Hassan Abdullah Al Awadhi, Director of the Support Services Branch, in the presence of Captain Saqr Al Qasimi, Head of the Customer Happiness Unit at the Police Station.
Addressing the participants, Major Dr. Al Awadhi highlighted the importance of customer councils as an effective platform for direct dialogue with the public. He explained that these forums play a vital role in fostering collaboration, identifying opportunities for service enhancement, and supporting the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior and the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command to deliver innovative, customer-centric government services.
The session featured open discussions on ways to improve service delivery and further develop the customer journey at the Comprehensive City Police Station, with a focus on ensuring faster, more efficient, and seamless service delivery that enhances customer satisfaction.
At the conclusion of the forum, Major Dr. Al Awadhi encouraged participants to submit their innovative ideas and development proposals through the Ministry of Interior's X10 Innovation Platform, where they will be evaluated by the relevant authorities for possible implementation as part of the Ministry's continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
