Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command organized a motivational program for its female force, under the slogan (Empowering Female Employees... for Professional, Happier, and More Productive Performance) aiming to achieve job satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.

Major Amal Hassan Ali Al Oubed, Head of Ras Al Khaimah Female Police Force, stated that the initiative aims to enhance the role of females in police work, as well as providing a supportive and motivating environment for them, which contributes to the development of their capabilities, and increases the efficiency and productivity of their performance in a positive, professional, and pioneering manner. This can be achieved by supporting the development of their skills and knowledge through participation in educational and recreational programs, such as this one, which included various training sessions suited to the cultural context of female force, including a workshop on making “scrubs” and sessions designed to provide a work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.

The Head of the Female Police Force added that promoting a culture of excellence among female force through motivation and recognition is essential, affirming that empowering and respecting females plays a key role in building cohesive communities and conscious generations, enabling them to be partners in serving the nation, its development, and the enhancement of its security and stability.
