The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, represented by Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station, received the visiting delegation from the Ministry of Community Empowerment, including representatives from the Ministry’s offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and Khor Fakkan. The visit aimed to review the best practices and latest strategic initiatives implemented by Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station in its jurisdiction, in accordance with the Global Star Rating System, the Ministry of Interior Strategy, the UAE Government Excellence Services Strategy, and the Proactive Services Guide. The visiting delegation from the Ministry of Community Empowerment was welcomed by Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Yousif Jasim Al Ali, Head of Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station, along with a number of the station’s officers. They presented the key innovative digital services offered by Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station in Ras Al Khaimah, characterized by proactivity, flexibility, and efficiency in execution, in line with the Global Star Rating System for service classification, positively impacting levels of happiness and quality of life within the society. Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Al Ali emphasized that Ras Al Khaimah Police is fully committed to exchanging expertise and promoting the culture of knowledge in government work, in line with the knowledge methodology adopted by the Ministry of Interior. He added that this is achieved by providing all government entities and institutions the opportunity to review best practices and share experiences in areas of mutual interest, noting that such visits contribute to supporting institutional development efforts and embedding the principles of quality of life within the institutional framework, thereby ensuring the highest standards of performance in government work. The visiting delegation from the Ministry of Community Empowerment praised the pioneering and proactive services provided by Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station in Ras Al Khaimah within its jurisdiction.
