In an effort to enhance the level of services provided by Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command to delight service users at the Driver Testing Village, the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police, in cooperation with the General Resources Authority, launched the VIP (Luxury Vehicle) Driver Testing Service aiming to improve the quality of services at the Traffic and Licensing Services Center, ensuring customer happiness and satisfaction.

Colonel Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department, stated that the VIP (Luxury Vehicle) Driver Testing Service was launched with the aim of enabling applicants for driving licenses to take both the internal and city driving tests simultaneously and in a luxury vehicle, which enhances the overall experience and aligns with the Ministry of Interior’s vision to deliver exceptional licensing services that meet the criteria of the Star Rating System.

Captain Adnan Mohammed Ahmed, Acting Director of the Driver Licensing Branch, added that applicants for driving licenses can now complete both the internal and city driving tests within a record time of approximately 15 minutes. Upon successfully passing both tests, applicants can immediately obtain their driving license without the need to schedule a separate appointment for the city driving test. This contributes to delivering a high-quality, premium service that exceeds customer expectations and enhances the institutional reputation.
