The signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding involved His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, and His Excellency Najwa Najeeb Yaqoub, Executive Director of the Ras Al Khaimah Statistics Centre.
