The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, represented by the Community Protection and Prevention Department, conducted an awareness lecture entitled “Culture of Respect for the Law and Interfaith Tolerance” delivered by Major Saleh Al Harsh, Director of Community Awareness Branch. This initiative is part of the “Community Coexistence” campaign, under the slogan “Together, Our Society is Safe,” targeting 3557 workers of a major company in the emirate over the course of two days. Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Saeed Balhoon, Head of Community Police Department, stated that the lecture was conducted as part of the department’s ongoing efforts within the initiative aimed at instilling human values and promoting peaceful coexistence among society members, as well as enhancing legal awareness, thereby contributing to the creation of a safe and stable environment for all. The lecturer presented several recommendations after reviewing a number of key topics, emphasizing the reinforcement of values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence. He also stressed the importance of fully and positively utilizing the services provided by the police to society members through official channels, fostering unlimited and effective cooperation to protect the society, combating negative phenomena through assuming responsibility, and striving to achieve happiness and quality of life for everyone.
