The Media and Public Relations Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police, in cooperation with the Government Media Office and the Broadcasting Authority, featured Saed Traffic Systems Company on Episode 36 of the Al Ain Al Sahera program. The guest of the episode, Hassan Abdullah bin Al Hadi Al Dhaheri, Executive Director of Operations and Inspection at Saed Traffic Systems, provided insights into the company's role and services.

Al Dhaheri discussed the establishment of Saed Traffic Systems in 2008 under the Ministry of Interior's guidance, with the aim of offering high-quality services that enhance efficiency, save time for the public, and reduce the burden on police forces in planning minor traffic accidents. He emphasized that all Saed employees undergo specialized training before being deployed in the field, covering areas such as accident planning, judicial control, and public interaction. New employees are also required to complete ongoing qualification courses, and they are accompanied by experienced staff for two weeks to a month to ensure full readiness. This comprehensive training reflects Saed’s commitment to quality service.

Al Dhaheri highlighted that Saed patrols are equipped with advanced technology to help employees carry out their duties effectively. The public can report minor traffic accidents either by calling 999 or through the Saed smart application, available for download on mobile phones.

The episode also touched on the process for individuals involved in accidents who wish to dispute the accident planning. They have a 72-hour window to file an objection, after which the police authorities will review the case. If the dispute remains unresolved, it is referred to the Public Prosecution.

Additionally, Al Dhaheri noted that Saed offers various services through its smart application and website, including fee exemptions for accident planning for people of determination, reissuing lost accident plans, issuing vehicle repair permits, managing smart parking in Abu Dhabi, inspecting vehicle repair workshops, and providing security for events, among other services.
