As part of its efforts to strengthen the work environment and promote security-related quality of life, the Al Jazeera Al Hamra Comprehensive Police Station held Future Services Customer Councils, attended by the station’s Prosecution Office, the Community Protection and Prevention Department, several customers, and People of Determination.

Colonel Dr. Salem Rashid Al Mesafri, Head of the Al Jazeera Al Hamra Comprehensive Police Station, stated that this event was held in line with the Ministry of Interior’s directives to enhance customer experience, improve service efficiency, and promote the station’s key smart and innovative services. These services, he added, are designed to raise public awareness, enhance quality of life, and create direct communication channels with customers, which contributes to improving operational mechanisms that meet their expectations for high-quality and rapid police services.

He further noted that the opinions and suggestions of service recipients were taken into account and recorded for further study and implementation where feasible, to serve work interests and enhance proactive services for the public. In parallel, the Director of Al Jazeera Al Hamra Comprehensive Police Station honored the outstanding employees, recognizing their dedication in performing their duties and motivating their colleagues to maintain high standards of excellence, which in turn strengthens the reputation of Ras Al Khaimah Police as it moves confidently along the path of success. The recognition also extended to the station’s partners, including the Public Prosecution, the Social Support Center, and the Community Protection and Safety Department, in acknowledgment of their support for the programs, activities, and events organized by Al Jazeera Al Hamra Comprehensive Police Station, and their commitment to active participation in these events.
